I am a Real Estate professional with proven records and 10 years’ experience in helping clients to acquire their dream homes and fulfilling their property investment goals. Skilled in facilitating purchase, sale and leasing of commercial, industrial, private residential and HDB properties, I enjoy my interactions with clients and find joys and sense of fulfilment whenever they found the properties that met their needs or when they benefited from their investments in the properties that I had helped them purchase.

Able to identify high value opportunities, leveraging on data and analytics to derive practical proposals to facilitate clients in strategic planning to achieve desired goals. Besides, helping clients to gain from property investments, I have personally benefitted from my own investment on multiple properties, including rental, purchase and en bloc sale.
Assist landlords in managing their rental properties and rectify the maintenance issues of units. A Civil Engineer by training, coupled with my earlier experiences in construction engineering company and as Property Manager in Town Council Management Office. Apart from helping the landlords in processing their new rental agreements or renewals, I also work effectively with my network of contractors and relevant parties to identify and fix any maintenance issues arising from the rental units. Hence, allowing the landlords to have hassle-free rental experience.
